DIY Granite Worktops - Delivery
Craftsman Ltd package worktops for safe and secure delivery either on wooden "A" frames and standard pallets (1200 x 800), or a wooden crate using a safety wrap and safety belts.
To best consider your delivery options, please be aware that our worktop lengths relate to standard pallets as follows: 0.8m x 600mm worktops fit on one pallet, the 1.6m length spans 2 pallets, a 2.4m length spans 3 pallets and the 3m length will require 4 pallets.

Local Delivery in Reading Area:
Craftsman Ltd can delivery directly to your door up to 30-mile radius from our workshop in Sulhampstead, Reading (RG7 3AH) and London Areas near ring of M25 for are all covered for £70-£110 depending on the order volume and delivery location. For those Customers outside of the 30-mile radius, additional charges will apply based on your location.
Please note: our lorries are not equipped with cranes, so you may need to arrange for a forklift to be available when we deliver. Alternatively, the worktops will need to be unpacked and manually off-loaded from the lorry. A typical 3m stone worktop requires at least 3 people to safely offload, so you need to ensure you have the manpower available to take delivery. We can provide the extra manpower, if required, but please note this will involve an extra charge; this will differ depending on your location.
Collection from our Reading Workshop:
Should you wish to collect your worktop from our workshop, in Reading (RG7 3AH), we are happy to load your goods onto any suitable transport. This can of course be your own transport or a delivery company of your choosing. We require full payment for goods before collection.
